Pipe End Calibration Unit
PFP Technologies has added another innovative product to its range of industry need driven solutions.
Our pipe end calibration tools can be designed to match your pipe specifications and can be configured to handle multiple pipe sizes in a single unit.
Currently standard models of the machine exist for 6", 14" and 16" nominal bore steel pipes and for a small additional cost the basic design can be configured to accept other sizes.
Each unit consists of the basic frame, one or more sets of 8 interlocking "petals", a 10,000 psi, 150 tonne hydraulic power pack, and a centre hole hydraulic cylinder.
Forged eyebolts are provided for ease of handling of the system.
